I loved the location and the cleanliness of the room. I traveled solo as a female and felt super safe not only in the hotel but walking around the area of the hotel during the day as well as the night. The area is always buzzing with people so you never feel alone or unsafe. Quite close to the trams and even a short walk from central station - perfect for day trips or moving around the city without walking too far. 24/7 reception - always someone to assist if needed!

I have stayed in this hotel before, so I don't mind the small bathroom. The room was spacious enough. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very good, I didn't see any problems in this respect. The location is really good, right in the heart of Amsterdam, you can reach everywhere in a very short time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The location was absolutely perfect. Right in the centre of Amsterdam. We didn’t have breakfast included in our stay but we did eat in the brasserie downstairs for breakfast and the eggs Benedict were lovely! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were quite small we stayed in a double but didn’t really bother us as we weren’t in the room too much!

The check-in process was seamless, and the staff could not have done more to make me feel welcomed, especially since I arrived around 10 pm when shifts were changing. Amenities in my room such as a refrigerator, a varied selection of special teas/coffees, ample storage space, and a balcony with a view on to Dam Square made the entire experience feel special.
